yes, but you'd need a static IP address to do that. the job is best left for this running on an old budget android device, such as an Amazon Fire 7.

The last time I used this as a server was May 2019. The reported versions were as follows:
Server OS: Linux
Web Server: Caddy/0.8.2
PHP Version: 5.5.15
MySQL Version: 5.1.69

edit: if all you need is an FTP server, you'd be better off with something dedicated to that task, such as https://play.google.com/store/app...iftpserver
