Bought one of these on clearance last year and despite it being one of those gimmicky tools with plastic on the handle it has been super handy, time saving and durable. It's the first adjustable wrench I reach for when one is needed. At $10 I'm absolutely buying another one or maybe two (great gift!) this year in case I ever break or lose the first one.

Odd brickseek shows $9.98 but online it's still $17.98

I've had pretty good experience with kobalt tools so for $10 I'd definitely get one.

I looked at these at the store tonight. Not a fan of the plastic handle or overall bulkyness of the product. Overall, seems ok, but I am not sure why I would grab this tool vs the appropriate wrench. I guess the speed factor of being able to move from one size to another quickly.

I picked up one tonight in St Lousy West, FL. Rang up at $9.98. 24 remain, but they're not on the main aisle. And the app has no idea where they are.

Yea I saw it in store the other day. Concept is cool, but it's junk. Not really practical or reliable for a mechanic and the action is kind of stiff. I can't see the gears lasting too long.

Mixed reviews at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Kobalt-Adj...+ad&sr=8-1. But it looks different from Lowe's one. Not sure if the one at Lowe's is improved new version.

So is lowes going out of business?
The Lowe's stores near me have tens of thousands of products so when they clearance one item , I wouldn't assume they're going out of business.

For 10$ I'd like to at least give it a try. May be useful for the kayak trailer on occasion. I have been trying to find it for 10$ since last night but it keeps ringing up at 18$. Can anyone else confirm that it's 10$ in store?
