Walmart has the 51oz powder for $8 but I still think it's too much compared to generic ice tea mix...

Reccomendation is to just buy the concentrate syrup- lasts long, mixes better, taste is night an day.

Anyone know how many 32 ounce bottles this deal equates to? Wally World sells 32 ounce bottles for $1.

Edit* - Nvm just saw it makes 2 gallons per container. It comes out to about 40 cents per 32 ounces. Not bad at all.

Why would a real athlete drink this crap? It's 2020, we probably all agree that sugar is what causes a majority of health problems in the USA.
A sugar, salt, potassium, and water solution does have performance utility for long duration endurance athletics, yes.

Wow, look at that sugar. Might as well just eat a candy bar

Seems like if you are OK with just one flavor then it's cheaper to buy the 76.5oz size, which is about 3oz more than these containers combined. The Lemon/Lime and Glacier Freeze are only $9.97/each and it says it makes up to 9 gallons.

I mainly use it because my 7yo doesn't want to take his Rx pills whole so I need to crush them up and mix them in a few oz of Gatorade twice a day.
