Just received my order today, ordered five days ago. Product is brand new (Tool Only), no blemishes that I can see. Works extremely well, as good as my Makita 18V handheld. Home Depot sells for $30.

Add $5.01 filler for free shipping. Here's a suggestion

31 piece drill bit set:

Get free shipping by switching between billing and shipping addresses. Both are the same for me, and I seleted Fedex Ground for $6, but final payout was $15.89 (14.99 + .90 tax + no shipping).

I wish I could stop buying Ryobi stuff. I wish i'd started out with DeWalt instead.
I don't regret it. Ryobi fan for life.

Noob question here: are 18v batteries interchangeable between brands? Can I use my Makita 18v on this? Or are they proprietary designs?
They are proprietary designs, but adapters do exist.

Ha maybe when they went green. The blue Ryobi was trash.

This $15 vacuum really opened the flood gates to idiotic questions.

Does it come with a battery?
Does it come with a battery and charger?
Does it work with the 40v battery?
Is it more powerful than a Dyson?
Are all 18v batteries interchangeable across brands?

Thanks OP. Been trying to build up my cordless tools and actually got one of those drill drivers from another thread this month, so the drill bit kit is actually the perfect filler for me. I had actually been planning to stop by Home Depot tomorrow to pick up one that is $2 more than the one I got here.

Careful counting on being able to return the battery. HD refused to accept it for me, even though I just asked for store credit. They use an automated system that rejected it and I even talked with the store manager who said they could not do anything unless I returned the tool with it.
I just checked. I've done the battery deal 20 times and only kept the 3ah kit one time.
I think I've got a problem. 😂
Only one time did one of the employees mention that I cancelled part of the order. I said yeah I got too many batteries. 😀

There are quite a bit of good fillers you can add to get FS. The one I liked the best mainly because I didn't have it and its crazy useful is the Ryobi right angle drill attachment. Its only $6.99.

Saw a review complains about the on/off switch, hard to switch off. So if you decide to keep it in the car, you have to bring 2 batteries(ideally) and a charger, that's a lot to carry around.
