It's the complete opposite, professionals would never use this. Time is money and this significantly slows you down. I hung drywall for about 10 years, we used this once for one sheet and it was the last time. It's great for a DIY'er especially if you're having to hang alone.

That is a good price for delivered. There is also an extension for these that takes it up another 3 feet or so.
