You should see your dad's faucet 😬

Be aware that Glacier Bay is Home Depot's house brand. You can't walk in and buy parts for them like you can some household name faucets.

I only have 2 of these faucets left in the house. One is ok, the other leaks from the cold side and the hot water side is completely shot.

Beware.

Beware that most Glacier Bay faucets have lifetime warranty, all you have to do is call them and they will send you a brand new one Wink . Most folks don't know that most brand name faucets have lifetime warranty on parts. I just got my parents $35 year Delta faucets replaced, Delta stop making parts for it so they sent a brand new one.

We have Glacier Bay faucets, and they are decent, especially at this price. I've installed several brands, and some of the "name brands" are inferior, with too much plastic and cheap components. This would be a good upgrade from builder grade garbage.

I've got these in oil rubbed bronze. Agree, they are very good for the price. No issues for 2 years now, we'll see how they hold up in the long run.

Call their customer service and see if your model is in warranty. The one I had for 3+ years had limited lifetime warranty and a quick call sorted things out. Had the replacement part within 4 days.

They are $30. Parts would cost the price of the faucet
