I bought this for $8.28 before tax with the 15% off coupon + 15% off S&S. Seems like a good price to me, but I don't buy a lot of candy bars, so I guess I don't know the lowest possible price.

Clip the coupon on the page.

I'm always amazed on how people freak out by slightly expired CANDY BARS. It's artificial garbage and your worried it's expired? 😂 Eat it! It's fiiiine!

People eat candy bars from MREs that are like 15 years old. They'll be fine. I'd rather amazon sell items around expiration dates with a hefty discount than just throw everything away. If that's not your thing than don't buy it.

Expect an expiration date of a about a month.

Amazon has f*ing lost it.

Even worse with the stuff they sell on woot.com, quite a few times I've gotten already expired food products from them.

Halloween Candy that they couldn't clear for Christmas and are afraid they will be stuck with it for Easter.

That article isn't even about stuff sold by Amazon, it's about third party sellers.

Article clearly says the focus of the criticism is at third party sellers, and this item clearly states it's sold by amazon.com. So while I don't doubt the legitimacy of the article, it clearly doesn't apply to this product

.52 cents per bar is good price. Candy usually has a one year expiration date. It's cold on the East Coast these should be fine far as melting is concerned. Even if they're left over from Halloween plenty of time to eat
