It's a number 10 can, not a 10 pound can. It's a standard size.

Its a #10 can, thats its designation, not 10lbs. Despite that, its freeze dried, once you add the required 5lbs of water, you are more than 1/2 the way to 10lbs if it matters (it doesn't)

I was just thinking about picking up a case of these at Costco, glad I waited - cheaper and get a variety. It'll be nice knowing I have these stashed away for an emergency.

I bought the scrambled eggs mtn house 4 years ago so i could eat them to celebrate my mortgage payoff in 2046 by eating 30 year old eggs. They are sitting patiently in the abyss of most homes. (the cabinet above the fridge)
